I've forgotten my Sponsor ID#
If you need your Sponsor ID#, please e-mail your name, the school name and the school address to:
Sales Dept.You will need your Sponsor ID# to login. You cannot use the Club’s ID#.
How can I place my order?
• You can order by mailing in a completed order form with a school check, money order or signed school or district purchase order. No personal checks accepted.
• You can order online with a personal or school credit card or debit card. We accept Visa, Master Card or Discover. We do not accept American Express.
Can I pay by Purchase order?
Purchase orders are accepted as long as there is no outstanding balance of more than 60 days on your account.
You can mail your Purchase Order with your completed order form or you may place your order online using a Purchase order.
If you order online using a Purchase Order before the order can ship you must printout the confirmation page and mail or fax along with a copy of a signed school or district purchase order to 1-864-583-4555. IMPORTANT!! If you fax the Purchase Order DO NOT mail the Purchase Order because of the possibility of duplication.
Purchase orders are not accepted for custom clothing.
Will I get an invoice with my order?
Your Invoice will be in the box with your purchased items. Be sure you give this to your Bookkeeper so she can forward the payment to The National Beta Club. This will be the only Invoice that will be sent so the Bookkeeper will need to get the invoice from you.
Shipping and Handling

How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped by UPS. For this reason please do not give us a P. O. Box address because UPS does not deliver to a Post Office.
Can I request express shipping?
This can be done online when you place your orders by credit card.
If you request express shipping on a mail-in order or a faxed Purchase Order the Express shipping must be paid for in advance with a credit card. For express shipping on mail-in orders or faxed Purchase Orders you will need to call Sherrill at 1-800-845-8281 and have a credit or debit card ready to charge the express shipping fee. We cannot bill for express shipping.
Can I track my order?
The tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you when the order has shipped. It will be sent to the e-mail address we have on file for the Sponsor that is designated to receive mail.
If you placed your order online you can login to the store using your ID# and password and go to the Sponsor Store and click on My Account and then click on the order you want to check on and it will show there if the order has been shipped. (Jay, you may need to reword this I’m not sure exactly what the wordage is under My Account for this).
When will my order arrive?
From the time the order is received in our office the turn-around time is usually 3-4 days. We try to notify you if there is going to be a delay so please be sure your contact information is correct.
Note: When orders are mailed sometimes it can take up to two weeks before we receive your order.
What is your exchange policy?
There is a $10.00 exchange and handling fee for items to be exchanged. The $10.00 fee is per total exchange not per item. For example if you needed to exchange sizes on 1 or 5 items it is still $10.00. You need to include a check for the $10.00 in the box with the items you are returning to exchange or include a day-time phone number and name we can call and you can charge the $10.00 to a credit card. Please be sure and include Name, School Name and address along with clear instructions on what you are wanting in exchange for the returned items. We suggest you include a copy of the Sales Receipt or Invoice that was in your shipment.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Sales items are not returnable. All returns must be received in resalable condition.
Do I need authorization to return something?
No. Just include a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice along with the reason for the return. We will credit your school account or credit card. The original shipping charge will not be credited to your account.
