Shipping
Items are generally shipped within three (3) business days by UPS ground. Special orders such as engraved items take longer. Shipping may also take longer due to unusually high volume, natural disasters, terrorism, and other extraordinary events. When the National Beta Club is closed for holidays, orders will not be processed until the Beta Club reopens.
Returns
Items must be returned within 60 days for returns and exchanges. Returned items will incur a $2.00 per item restocking fee. Exchanges will be billed a flat fee of $8.00. The customer is required to pay return shipping to the National Beta Club for returns and exchanges. The $8.00 exchange fee includes shipping and handling for shipping the replacement item or items to the customer. We stand behind all of our products.
