Returns

The Beta Shop strives for each order to be accurate, timely, and in good condition. However, if you are not satisfied, items can be returned within 60 days of the order date by submitting a request to shop@betaclub.org.

Please include the following in your email:

Customer Name
Beta Shop order number (ex:#1000012345)
Reason for return (Defective item, incorrect order, etc.)
