The Beta Shop strives for each order to be accurate, timely, and in good condition. If you are not completely satisfied, below is our return policy.

Email your request to shop@betaclub.org within 60 calendar days of your original order date

• Items must be unused with original tags and packaging
• Include:
• Customer name
• Beta Shop order number (ex:#1000012345)
• Reason for return (Defective item, incorrect order, etc.)
• Include a copy of your order confirmation email
